Do you do custom individual commissions?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do this for an undetermined amount of time. If we are ever able to we will be sure to.
Do you do bulk commissions? What're your rates?
If your order is large enough, it is definitely possible however the rates would have to be determined after discussing via email and will be based upon date of completion, design, and quantity.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But please be aware of shipping charges as well as custom charges (usually tax) based on your country. This will be charges consumer will need to be responsible for.
What are your return/exchange policies?
All sales are 100% Final, no refunds or returns.
Exchanges are a case by case basis depending upon the circumstances and product. Item cannot have been worn.
My item came damaged, this is the wrong style, I ordered a different size, help?

Where is my package?
Please know that different cities, states, and countries are struggling with delivery operation. Once we hand them off, we are only aware as much as you are via the tracking link.
My package is marked as delivered but isn't?
Sometimes scans happen ahead of time by error. Should no update occur within a few business days, reach out to your local mail carrier for the promptest response on the specific situation.
